Hello folks!

Today I would like to share with you my omelette recipe. Enjoy your meal!



My favourite dish – Sweet Omelette


INGREDIENTS

Recipe for one person

dough for omelette:

- 2 eggs

- 2 tablespoons of flour

- 2 tablesoons of milk

- ½ teaspoon of baking powder

- ½ teaspoon of powdered sugar

- pinch of salt

- some butter

- ½ bar of white chocolate

- some fruit (e.g. strawberries, blueberries)

1. First dissolve the white chocolate in the ”water bath”.

2. Wash and cut the fruit.

3. Separate the yolks from the proteins and beat the proteins with a pinch of salt to a stiff foam.

4. Then add yolks, milk, powdered sugar, sifted flour and baking powder. Mix it up.

5. Next melt butter in a hot pan.

6. Fry the dough on the each side for 3-4 minutes on low heat.

7. Finally take off the omelette from pan, spread the white chocolate on it and add fruit.

8. Serve with tea or dalgona coffee. Delicious!
